(MENAFN) The whole amount of premium paid for insurance amid the first half of this year in Saudi Arabia reached SR20.8bn, against SR19.3bn in the same period of 2015.
Accordingly, the average per capita spending on insurance in the cited period reached SR670, compared to SR623 last year, an increase of 7.5 percent.
However, the average per capita spending on insurance during the second quarter of this year was SR291, compared to SR379, a decline of 23 percent.
On the other hand, the average per capita from H1 of 2010 to the same half of 2016 increased by 159 percent, equivalent to SR411.
