Saudi-Moroccan forum to discuss trade, investment

27 Aug 2013

(MENAFN) A Saudi-Moroccan Investment forum will be held with help of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), Arab News reported.

The head of the Saudi-Moroccan Business Council, Al-Hamady, said that trade between the two countries hit USD4.4 billion in 2011, but exports from the Saudi Arabia were much higher than exports from Morocco.

Trade between both kingdoms has been flourishing recently with Morocco becoming Saudi Arabia’s sixth trade partner.

The forum will aim at further improving trade and investment projects between the two nations and help balance the trade.
