Saudi non-oil exports jumps 12.5 percent in March

(MENAFN) Saudi non-oil exports grew by 12.5 percent in March to reach USD5.129 billion compared to the same month in 2013, according to Arab News.

Saudi imports posted 9.1 percent fall in Mach to USD13.64 billion compared to the same period a year earlier.

Exports of petrochemical products were the highest in the Kingdom’s list in March and totaled 32.61 percent of non-oil exports valued at USD1.65 billion.

Equipment, machinery and electrical utensils posted the highest value of Saudi imports in March this year at USD3.28 billion, or 24.11 percent of the total value of imports, followed by transport materials at the value of USD2.610 billion, or 19.14 percent.
