(MENAFN) Saudi Mubarak Hospital’s administration director, Nassar Al-Asseeri, stated that the USD9.33 million revamp works carried out on the hospital had been completed and the facility is now open to receive patients, reported Arab News.
Al-Asseeri said that at the current time, the Riyadh-based hospital has 94 beds in operation across various specialties, including 13 beds at the hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU).
He added that the private hospital comprises 5 major operating theaters, in addition to a CT scan unit, high-resolution MRI machine and incubators, and will have full-fledged clinics for patients suffering from psychiatric problems.
Furthermore, the facility includes sprawling internal courtyards, a large concourse/entrance area with waiting and children’s play areas, a cafe and shop.
It is worth noting that Mubarak Hospital has already recruited over 50 Saudi and expatriate doctors.
