(MENAFN) Wallan Aviation’s chairman, Saad Wallan, stated that the carrier has acquired 2 business jets from French Dassault Falcon, reported Arabian Business.

Wallan said that by the end of the year, the company would receive the Falcon 900EX EASy II, whereas in 2013’s second quarter, it will take delivery of the new Falcon 900LX.

The Falcon 900LX, powered by 3 jet engines, flies 4,750 nautical miles non-stop and can link Dubai with Beijing, Jeddah to Cape Town, Riyadh to Chengdou, Dammam to Singapore.

Wallan added that the Saudi-based company, operating since 20 years, would use the two planes for its own use and with the option to offer one or both jets to the charter market.

It is worth noting that Wallan Aviation, which has over 800 staff, expanded its business to other services in the aviation field, including charter, jet maintenance and a flight academy to train the next generation of pilots.
