Saudia loses USD530m in 2013

(MENAFN) A lawmaker in Saudi Arabia said that the national carrier of the Kingdom has lost more than USD530 million in the its previous financial year, Arabian Business reported.

Saudi Arabian Airlines, known as Saudia, is currently owned by the government, but is being privatized.

Around 25 million passengers were carried by the airline in 2013, increasing 1 million from the year before it.
