(MENAFN) Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) plans to operate 11 flights weekly to the Philippine capital Manila from Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam using Boeing 777-300ER to meet the needs of growing passenger traffic between the two countries, a senior Saudia official said, Arab News reported.
“The new aircraft, which is one of best available in the world, offers 413 seats including 30 for business class,” the executive vice president for public relations said, adding that it would enhance comfort of passengers.
The aircraft’s business class seat is wide and flexible and can be converted into a complete bed for sleeping. Business class passengers will also be able to enjoy audiovisual entertainment programs on 15-inch individual screens.
The aircraft offers 383 seats for economy class passengers, who can also enjoy in-flight audiovisual programs on individual screens with a width of nine inches, he said.
