Saudi’s National Trans and Despatch Co. gets USD 4.5mn for power project
28 Nov 2015
(MENAFN) National Transmission and Despatch Co. Limited (NTDCL) and United Bank Limited signed a finance facility of USD 4.5mn for building a 270km transmission line.
Furthermore; this investment contract was signed in order to build a 270km transmission line for the Neelum-Jhelum Hydro Power Project.
In addition, the financing planned by UBL consists of its own contribution of USD 3.5mn and USD 1.1mn from Bank Al Habib.
“This landmark transaction signifies the beginning of large-ticket financings for development of sustainable energy infrastructure in Pakistan,” said Senior executives of both UBL and NTDCL.
