Saudi’s RCJY signs USD107.43m deals

(MENAFN) The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) announced it has signed two contracts worth USD107.43 for the construction of a residential complex for the commission staff in Ras Al-Khair Industrial City, as well as improvement work on one of the highways in Jubail city, Arab News reported.

RCJY said that it signed the first deal with Manazel Building & Construction Co, which will be responsible for the supplying and construction works at the Royal Commission Compound, in addition to building residential units, firefighting station, mosque and a building for telecommunications equipment and a number of other facilities, with the project expected to be implemented in a period of two years and seven months.

Meanwhile, the second contract for the highway project was signed with China Harbor Company Engineering Arabia Ltd, which will also create a track in each direction of the street, with the project scheduled to need two years and seven months to be completed.
