Sauid SPCC signs USD190 m deal with Chinese firm

(MENAFN) Saudi-based Southern Province Cement Company (SPCC) and a Chinese company have signed an agreement to build a second production line in Bisha Cement plant, according to Arab News.

The USD190 million agreement aims to build a full production line, and produce 5.000 tons of clinker daily.

Constructing the line is expected to start after five weeks from the contract signing date, while the project’s experimental output will start after 20 months.
