(MENAFN) Scatec Solar Co. plans to invest USD 650mn in renewable energy investments in order to set up five solar energy projects with a capacity of 250 MW.
Furthermore, the firm will launch three solar energy plants in Aswan with a capacity of 150 MW, and will also build a 50 MW plant.
The company agreed with two firms to collaborate in two solar energy plants in Zafarana with a capacity of 100 MW.
In addition, the firm launched plants with a capacity of 700 MW, and it owns power plants with a capacity of 380 MW, in addition to another 460 MW.
