(MENAFN) The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has awarded contracts worth USD560 million yesterday in order to provide gas and steam turbines for new power plants in Riyadh, according to Arab News.
The name of the awarded company was not mentioned in the announcement of SEC.
Over the 40 following months, SEC will be able to test 12 gas units and 4 steam turbines.
