(MENAFN) SKAI Holdings, a real estate firm in Dubai, sold what is worth USD653 million of its Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah project which was launched in May for USD1 billion, according to Arabian Business.
SKAI said 470 of its hotel rooms were sold, in addition to 219 residential apartments and villas in order to develop the project.
Kabir Mulchandani, CEO of SKAI Holdings said: “Investors have been extremely keen to purchase property in this exciting new project… Buyers have been particularly interested in purchasing the hotel rooms, which is a unique business model here in the UAE.”
