Smart Village Co. aims to sell 4,000 sqm plots of land in Egypt

(MENAFN) Smart Villages Development and Management Co. (SVC) aims to sell plots of land between 1,000 -4,000 sqm, up for sale this year to increase revenues.
Furthermore, the firm is announcing sale of land for the first time, rather than buildings, in order to maximize incomes and finance the firm’s expansion in eastern Cairo.
In addition, it also aims to purchase land in the administrative areas to build smart administrative buildings then put the land up for rent or resale.
The firm will also apply its plan for this year, which involves building a hotel on an area of 3,000 sqm in Smart Village on Alexandria Desert road.
