South Valley Cement Co. to invest USD 200mn in Egypt

(MENAFN) South Valley Cement Company will discuss the firm’s position on the competition for the new cement license offered by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Moreover, the firm will also decide on a strategy for expanding the production capacity, which will complete the plan of importing two clinker mills.

Additionally, they will build an integrated production line, with a value from USD 150mn to USD 200mn.

Accordingly, some people amid the firm object to building joined production line due to the high cost, which pushes the firm towards reliance on banks in financing.
