(MENAFN) Tecom Group, a company under Dubai Holding, stated that it has won a deal to improve and direct the recently announced Emirates Towers Business Park.
Moreover, the UAE group further chose Fareed Abdul Rahman Al Janahi to be the chief executive officer of the construction.
Additionally, Tecom Group stated that it is likely to develop the project with the assistance of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), which will present several legislative environment services.
The chief executive officer at Tecom Group said “The launch of the project comes at an opportunistic time when the real estate market in Dubai is witnessing a clear growth in demand for premium commercial and office space. Reports indicate that this growth will continue to increase in the following years.”
