(MENAFN) Al Handal International Group and Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties, two UAE-based developers, plan to build a city in Baghdad-Iraq, of USD4.5 billion, according to Arabian Business.
The two-Dubai based firms’ project, City of the Future, will be able to accommodate 150,000 people and cover 58 million-square area.
The new city will become one of the most “prominent modern urban residential projects in Baghdad” and is expected to attract other investments to Baghdad.
