UAE- Air Arabia to start third Russian service

(MENAFN) Air Arabia’s CEO, Adel Ali, announced that starting October 2, the carrier will launch its 2-weekly flights to Russia’s Ufa, reported Arabian Business.

Ali said that the new service, Air Arabia’s third to Russia following Moscow and Yekaterinburg, will leave Sharjah International Airport at 18:55 UAE time and arrive at Ufa International Airport at 01:55, whereas the return flight will leave Ufa at 02:55 local time, and arrive at Sharjah at 05:55.

The carrier, which reported a turnover of USD198.42 million for the three months ending June 30, plans to expand its presence in the Russian market.

It is worth noting that the Sharjah-based airline serves a network of 77 destinations at the current time.
