(MENAFN) The UAE Ministry of Economy announced it had a meeting with the Australian Ministry for Foreign Affairs to discuss relations of cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the fields of economic and trade relations as well as finding ways to develop them, Gulf News reported.
During their meeting, several topics were discussed including the potential of increasing the bilateral trade exchange, promoting the flow of investment between the two countries by exploring the economic sectors, and addressing obstacles and challenges that affect these trades.
The meeting also focused on the possibility of signing agreements on preventing double taxation and the protection of investment between the two countries as part of efforts to support and strengthen bilateral relations.
