UAE- Emaar to start selling units at Burj Vista

(MENAFN) Emaar Properties’ managing director, Ahmad Al Matrooshi, announced that the company will start selling units at the 2-tower Burj Vista project, reported Arabian Business.
The first tower, which comprises 20 storeys, has 120 luxury apartments, whereas the second, with 65 floors, has 520 apartments.
Sales of the 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments will take place at the Emaar Sales Center in Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai.
Burj Vista towers will be directly connected to the pedestrian link that connects the Dubai Metro station with Downtown Dubai.
Al Matrooshi added that the boulevard level of the towers will include a number of high-end retail stores and restaurants, in addition to a gymnasium, children’s play areas, multimedia hall, business center, play room, lounge areas, swimming pool and kid’s pool.
