UAE energy plan to save more than USD190bn by 2050

(MENAFN) The UAE’s new energy plan will save more than AED700bn by 2050, as proclaimed Minister of Energy, who made the statements in an inaugural word published.

In addition, the UAE 2050 plan adopts 50 percent of the sources of power generations as green sources and the country will be one of the first nations in the world in the reduction of consumption.

Meanwhile, the report reviews the nation’s efforts to spread sources of energy and develop efficient solutions to rationalize energy consumption in line with the UAE Vision 2021 on lowering carbon emissions.

Moreover, it also involves a number of chapters on the Energy State, Future of Energy, Energy and Innovation, Green Cities and Production of Energy and others.
