(MENAFN) Nakheel will start work on the expansion of Ibn Battuta Mall, reported Emirates 24/7.
The Dubai-based master developer issued a bid for contractors to start work on building the new expansion and all that goes with it, including the underground services and adjusting existing services in order to connect to the new project.
The mall, with all of its designs and themes, is based on Ibn Battuta and his journeys.
It’s worth noting that the mall’s site area is 5.58 million square feet, and the expansion’s area is 1.22 million square feet.
