(MENAFN) Friends Provident International’s latest report shows that UAE investors’ confidence in the country’s real estate sector is growing further, reported Arabian Business.
It said that its Friends Investor Attitudes Index for the country grew 2 points from the previous research in June, reaching 17 points at the recurrent time.
In the report “Investor Attitudes Report”, 49 percent of respondents said that over the coming 5 years, performance of the country’s real estate market would become strong, while 11 percent said that growth of the property market would be very strong, and 10 percent believe there would be some kind of weakness in the real estate market over the mentioned period.
Respondents also believe that the investment market has enhanced over the past 6 months, and that markets will carry on improving over the coming 6 months.
