UAE- Landmark acquires controlling stake in Turkey’s Park Bravo Dis Ticaret

(MENAFN) Landmark Group director, Manu Jeswani, stated that the UAE-based retailer has purchased a stake of 87.5 percent in Turkish Park Bravo Dis Ticaret AS, reported Arabian Business.
Jeswani added that the acquisition, which is part of the company’s plan to widen and offer value-based shopping experiences to its clients, allows the company to hold a controlling stake in business and operations.
Park Bravo Dis Ticaret AS, which is the sole distributor of Nine West branded footwear and accessories in Turkey, was established by the Park Bravo Group in 1997.
It is worth noting that the Landmark Group runs more than 1,300 stores across the Middle East, Africa, India and Pakistan.
