UAE-Poland 2012 trade grows to USD453m

(MENAFN) The Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAlilZ) announced that last year’s bilateral trade between the Eastern European country and the UAE reached USD453 million, reported Emirates 24/7.

The agency added that the figure is higher by 13 percent from the USD400 million posted in 2011.

In 2012, Polish exports to the UAE stood at USD365 million, whereas its imports from the Arab country reached USD88 million.

According to the 2010 Ernst & Young European Attractiveness Survey, Poland, one of the biggest EU countries with around 40 million citizens topped potential investment destinations for international managers’ FDI projects in Europe.
