(MENAFN) The UAE estate market experienced mixed trends in the first half of this year with both the sale and rental prices at Dubai and Abu Dhabi recording a minor fall.
Last year, the average rents have fallen by 10.4 percent and average property sale prices declined by seven percent.
Moreover, the fall from both sides of the market indicates that the average return on investment remained stable at 4.7 percent.
In addition, the average rent for a three-bed villa has fallen by 7.6 percent while the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment has dropped by 6.1 percent.
