(MENAFN) The Middle East and Africa take a 7.9 percent share of the global business jet shipments last year, whole airplane shipments grew to 2,454 airplanes, while billing increased to USD 24.5bn.
These numbers were emphasized at the launch of new firm ‘X Jets’ in Dubai by private Jet Charter (PJC) and Jet Connections.
Additionally, the new company will focus in offering full-fledged aircraft management services, and the deal will cover the Middle East region and plans extend into Africa and India in 2016.
This step strengthens the situation of Dubai as a world class aviation center and it is the newest addition to the aircraft management industry in the area.
