(MENAFN) Aldar Properties’ director of estates, Mohammad Al Za’abi, said that the company would deliver its Al Muneera and Al Zeina residential developments by the end of the second quarter, reported Gulf News.
Al Za’abi added that the two beachfront projects, which are owned and managed by the firm, are located at Al Raha Beach, and around 80 percent of the units of both communities are now sold.
He also said that Al Muneera includes 1,445 units, of which 1,286 are apartments, 148 town-houses and 11 are villas, whereas Al Zeina comprises 1,221 units, including 952 apartments, 26 penthouses, 119 townhouses and 124 attached and semi-attached villas.
It is worth noting that just 40 percent of those units sold at Al Zeina and 28 percent of those sold at Al Muneera are occupied, according to Al Za’abi.
