(MENAFN) Damac Properties, the Dubai-based real estate developer, granted a total of USD762 million worth of construction contracts in 2015 so far, a corporate statement said, Arabian Business reported.
Among the granted transactions are work packages over 1,500 villas in Akoya Oxygen, three new apartment blocks at Akoya by Damac, and prime deals over three hotel apartment projects, namely, Damac Maison Priv”, Naia Vantage and Naia Celestia.
“These awards go a long way to showing our confidence in the Dubai real estate market, and they will ensure a strong pipeline of deliveries,” the Senior Vice President of the commercial sector at Damac said in a statement.
