(MENAFN) UAE’s independent energy firm Dana Gas posted a 45 percent decline in quarterly earnings despite higher output, Reuters reported.
The company said it made USD27.2 million net profit during the second quarter, down from USD49.26 million a year earlier.
Dana also reported USD143.7 million revenue in the April-June period, down from USD150.79 million a year ago.
Average total output volume was up 5 percent to 61,700 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the second quarter, the company said.
