(MENAFN) Net profit of the UAE-based Dana Gas saw a significant rise of 70 percent in the second quarter of the current year due to production growth, according to the Emirates 24/7.
The company said that its net profit was estimated at USD46 million during the quarter compared to USD 27.219 million in the same period 2013.
The company’s revenues for the second quarter reached USD186.4 million compared to USD143.72 million.
Dana said its average overall production volume was up 17 percent to 72,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the second quarter.
