(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi’s Ducab Aluminum said that it has begun construction work on its USD59.89 aluminum rod and conductor facility at Kizad, Gulf News reported
Ducab, which leased the land from Abu Dhabi Ports Company, ADPC, said that it has now laid the foundations for the start of construction of its manufacturing facility, which is set to open during the September-December period of 2015.
The facility, which will be built on a 50.732 square meter plot of land, will be located nearby the Kizad anchor tenant Emirate’s Aluminum (EMAL), one of the core operating assets of Emirates Global Aluminum, EGA, the fifth largest aluminum producer in the world.
