(MENAFN) Etihad Airways said it plans partnership with equity stake partner, Air Berlin, according to Gulf News.
James Hogan, Etihad Airways President and chief executive, said: “We are in the final stage of negotiating the next phase of that partnership.”
Etihad Airways plans to boost its stake in Air Berlin up to 49.9 percent.
Under the agreement, Air Berlin will reportedly de-list from the London Stock Exchange.
