(MENAFN) Etihad Airways president and chief executive James Hogan stated that it started a major recruitment campaign in Sao Paulo in Brazil this month, aiming to hire hundreds of candidates, reported The National.
The president also said that the step follows its launching of its first-ever route to South America with a three-times-per-week direct service between Abu Dhabi and Sao Paulo.
The UAE-based airline’s cheif executive added that the company was looking to hire crew members such as flight chefs and food and beverage managers.
It is worth noting that Etihad Airways, after launching a route to Sao Paulo, flies to six continents and has expanded its network to include all BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) fast-growth nations.
