The Green, which provides accommodation for 1,026 students in the University of Bradford in the UK, Arabian Business reported.
The company said that it sold The Green to a private Kuwait-based fund for more than USD60.4 million, and that it achieved a 170 percent return on its investment.
Conceived in 2005 under the then Labour Government’s Urban Regeneration Scheme, the Green is part of the USD1.15 billion investment to redevelop the Learning Quarter.
The development, completed in 2011, includes USD229.21 million Sustainable Student Village, of which The Green formed the first phase.
