UAE’s Nakheel sells USD43.28m Palm townhouses on 1st day of sales

(MENAFN) Nakheel’s Chairman, Ali Rashid Lootah, said that in the first day of sales, the firm managed to sell 21 Palm townhouses in Palma Residences, Palm Jumeirah, valued at USD43.28 million, reported Emirates 24/7.

Lootah added that the townhouses are priced in the range of USD1.63 million to USD2.17 million, whereas Palm properties are now selling for USD4,246 to USD4,396 per square meter.

He also said that buyers have to make a down payment of 40 percent and would be issued a title deed within a month’s period, while the second payment would be 20 percent, and would have to be made by the end of the current year, another 20 percent by June 30, 2013 and the rest by end of next year.

It is worth noting that the townhouse community is centered on 6 landscaped green areas, with a total of over 3,200 square meters.
