(MENAFN) UAE’s Zayed Housing Programme is set to increase housing loans up to USD217,766 from the present USD136,104 after the Cabinet approval and the President final commendation, Gulf News reported.
The programme is set to give new services such as houses built jibing with high technical standards, interest-free loans to buy additional homes and non-refundable housing grants, according to the minister of Public Works.
The minister emphasized on the programme’s strategy of granting loans of about USD136,104 up to USD204,156, saying that the ceiling on loans are constantly reviewed to meet the needs of citizens.
