Unit of Qatari Diar sells London’s Moore House for USD229.4m

(MENAFN) Project Red, a unit of Qatari Diar, has sold the luxury Moore House in London to developer London & Stamford for USD229.4 million, reported Arabian Business.

Moore House, which is part of the Grosvenor Waterside Development, consists of 149 units, totaling 117,909 sq ft of net lettable area and 97 car parking spaces.

Units at the property, which holds a prominent position at the front of the development on Ebury Bridge Road, to the south of The Chelsea Barracks Development, includes studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and duplexes set over 9 floors.

It is worth noting that Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company gained that Westminster City Council’s approval for its multi-billion dollar plan to redevelop Chelsea Barracks.
