(MENAFN) US-based Parsons and Halcrow have signed a joint venture to work on Dubai Canal project which worth USD544 million, according to Arabian Business.
The two parties will be responsible for managing construction works of the project.
Under the agreement, Parsons will elevate three major roads in Dubai, relocate utilities, and construct the 2.8 kilometer-long canal.
Guy Mehula, Parsons MEA president, said: “Once completed, the Dubai Water Canal Project will add 6km to the Dubai waterfront and will attract many visitors.”
