Viceroy Palm Jumeirah hotel to cost one billion dollar

(MENAFN) China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) � the most major construction firm in the world- president Yu Tao said that the company will shortly start its first investment in the arabic region with USD1 billion to be at disposal of the project that will take place in Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah as Arabian business mentioned.
CSCEC will cooperate with Dubai’s SKAI Holdings “Assas” to finish the one billion hotel and furnished residences project that is scheduled to open in 3 years as CEO of SKAI Holdings Kabir Mulchandani stated last month adding that the project has acquired attention from Chinese buyers.
It’s worth noting that Viceroy Palm Jumeirah will have 481 rooms and suites, in addition t 221 residences with ten restaurants facing the beach. Moreover, the hotel will host a spa, indoor fitness facilities and three outdoor swimming pools.
