Tutorial for American Express Payments

  • 1. After successful login, go to the ‘Payments’ services page.

  • 2. Select ‘AMEX Cards’ from the menu.

  • 3. Enter the American Express card number you want to pay to.

  • 4. Select the account you want to pay ‘From’.

  • 5. Select the currency and enter the ‘Amount’.

  • 6. Continue then confirm your request.

  • All payment requests will require authentication. The authentication methods are:

     

    • Approval from the primary device
      Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.
    • SMS One-Time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered contact number.
      Insert the received SMS OTP into the channel you are currently using then select ‘Continue’.
