Tutorial for Beneficiaries

For convenient and quick transfer, setup a beneficiary to transfer to beneficiary accounts within the bank, locally and/or aboard.

  • Step 1. Following successful login, go to ‘Transfers & Payments’.

  • Step 2. Select ‘Beneficiary Maintenance’.

  • Step 3. To create a beneficiary, select mode of payment:

    • Other BBK Accounts
    • EFTS Fawri+ and Fawri
    • International Transfer

  • Enter the beneficiary name, account number or IBAN and other required information.Submit and confirm your request. To edit or delete a registered beneficiary, click on the eclipse and select the desired action.

     

Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication., and the authentication methods are:

Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.

Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
