Tutorial for Change Password

  • 1. Following successful login, select your initials on the top left corner to view your profile.

  • 2. Select ‘Change password’.

  • 3. Enter your current password.

  • 4. Enter your new password and re-enter it to confirm change of password.

  • 5. Validation will be required for password change.

  • 6. Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number into the OTP field.

  • 7. Submit then confirm your request.

  • Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication., and the authentication method is:

     

    • One Time Password (OTP)
      Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
