Tutorial for Change Password - Online Banking

1. Following successful login, go to ‘Other’.

2. Select ‘Change password’

3. Enter your current password.

4. Enter your new password and re-enter it to confirm change of password.

5. Submit and confirm the request.

6. Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication., and the authentication method is:​ One Time Password (OTP)
Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
