Tutorial for CrediMax Stop Card

1. Following successful login, go to the ‘Cards’ screen.

2. Select the desired card under the ‘CrediMax cards’ section.

3. Tap the ‘Stop Card’ icon available below the selected card.

4. Select the reason for stopping the card.

5. Enter your mobile number.

6. Check the ‘Replace Card’ check box option if you wish to replace the card.

7. If a card replacement is requested, select the preferred card delivery option.

8. Submit then confirm your request.
