Tutorial for CrediMax Stop Card

Following successful login, go to ‘Cards’.

Under ‘Credit cards’, select ‘Stop’ from the menu.

Select the desired card.

Select ‘Reason’ for stopping the card.

Enter your ‘Mobile number’.

Click on the ‘Replace Card’ check box if you wish to replace the card.

If a card replacement is requested, select the preferred card delivery option.

Submit then confirm your request.
