Tutorial for Customer profile

1. After successful login, select your initials on the top left corner to view your profile.

2. Select ‘Personal information’.

3. Update any of the following:
• Login username
• Mobile number
• Business phone number
• Home phone number
• Email address

4. Validation will be required for mobile number and e-mail address change. Select the word ‘Validate’.

5. Enter the OTP sent to the updated mobile number/email into the OTP field.

6. Submit then confirm your request.
