Tutorial for Device Registration

  • 1. Download the mobile app from the App store.

  • 2. Enter your Customer ID and/or Username and Password.

  • 3. Enter the One Time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS to your registered mobile number.

  • 4. In case One-time passcode was not received, then please contact the bank.

  • 5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions before using the App by tapping on the ‘Agree’ button after reading the three Terms & Conditions section.

  • 6. Enable face recognition biometrics if desired by clicking on ‘Yes’ on the face recognition screen.

  • 7. Create a username for login.

  • Following a successful login of the new device, the additional device will be registered as a secondary device. You will be able to access your bank account using this secondary device but will always require an approval. An approval will also be required for certain types of payment, transfers and other requests when conducted using the additional device.

     

    The authenticated device will now be assigned to your Customer ID/Username after successful device registration.
