Tutorial for International Transfer

1. Following successful login, go ‘Transfers’.

2. Select ‘International transfer’ from the menu.

3. Select the account you want to transfer ‘From’.

4. Select or enter the beneficiary you want to transfer to.

o Registered Beneficiary;
o New Transfer: Enter the required beneficiary details.

5. Enter the transfer amount, and specify the transfer currency where applicable.

6. Select ‘Charge Type’, and click on ‘Calculate’.

7. Select ‘Purpose of payment category’.

8. Select ‘Purpose of payment’.

9. Add ‘Remittance information’ if you have any additions details.

10. Submit and confirm your request.

Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication. The authentication methods are:

• Approval from the primary device
  Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on ‘Approve’.
• SMS One-Time passcode (OTP)
  Enter the OTP sent to your registered contact number and/or email address then select ‘Continue’.
