Tutorial for International Transfer

Step 1: Following successful login, go to ‘Transfers & Payments’.

Step 2: Select ‘Transfer’ then ‘International transfer’ from the menu.

Step 3: Select the account you want to transfer ‘From’.

Step 4: Select or enter the beneficiary you want to transfer to.

o Registered Beneficiary.
o New Transfer: Enter the required beneficiary details.

Step 5: Enter the transfer amount and specify the transfer currency where applicable.

Step 6: Select ‘Charge Type’ and click on ‘Calculate’.

Step 7: Select ‘Purpose of payment category’.

Step 8: Select ‘Purpose of payment’.

Step 9: Add ‘Remittance information’ if you have any additional details.

Step 10: Submit and confirm your request.
